Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are processed the same day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Customs and duties
Inside the EU there is no customs step and no charge at the door — the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Switzerland, the UK and Norway sit outside the EU customs union, so import VAT and duties may be charged by the carrier on delivery. We declare every parcel at full value with the correct commodity code. We can't mark a shipment as a gift.
Where we don't ship, and why
GLATT products run on 220–240 V with a Type F (Schuko) plug. They will not work on a 110–120 V supply, so we don't sell into North America, Japan or other 110 V markets. A plug adapter doesn't solve this — it changes the shape of the pins, not the voltage — and a step-up transformer isn't something we'd put behind a 2000 W heating element.
We'd rather not take the order than take it and have you plug in something that doesn't work.
If something goes wrong
- Tracking hasn't moved in three working days. Write to us, we'll chase the carrier.
- Parcel came back to us. Send the corrected address; we re-send once at no charge.
- Arrived damaged. Photograph the box and contents before unpacking further, then email us. Replacement goes out immediately and we deal with the carrier.
