Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are processed the same day. You receive a tracking link by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and duties
Within the EU there are no customs charges. Switzerland, the UK and Norway are outside the EU customs union, so import VAT and duties may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Where we don't ship
GLATT products run on 220–240 V with a Type F (Schuko) plug, so we do not ship to North America, Japan or other 110–120 V markets.
Problems with delivery
- Tracking hasn't moved in three working days: email us and we chase the carrier.
- Parcel returned to us: send a corrected address and we re-send once at no charge.
- Arrived damaged: photograph the box and contents and email us; a replacement goes out immediately.
